TODAY helps insurance and financial advisers deliver better advice while spending less time on admin. Its AI platform captures client conversations, creates advisory documentation, updates CRM records, gives advisers personalised coaching during and after each meeting, and completes common backoffice tasks. AI simulations let advisers practise challenging conversations and help firms train new joiners and ensure quality and compliance. By making coaching available across entire teams, TODAY aims to improve the quality and consistency of advice at scale.

Problem
Advisers spend hours documenting meetings and updating systems, leaving less time for clients. Firms struggle to see what happens in advisory conversations, making it difficult to maintain consistent standards or give every adviser effective coaching. Training new joiners also takes time from experienced colleagues. And the effect of coaching often flattens quickly due to the lack of repetition.
Solution
TODAY transcribes conversations and produces summaries, IDD-compliant documentation, follow-up tasks and CRM updates. It assesses meetings against each firm’s advisory approach and gives advisers practical feedback. AI simulations provide realistic, repeatable training, while team-level insights help managers identify where coaching is needed. Advisors receive up to 50x more insights when using TODAY.

Michael Gackstatter (CEO) – was a founding team member, Chief Product Officer and Chief of Staff at CLARK. He helped build its digital advisory journeys and scale the insurance business from an early-stage startup to a unicorn.
Artem Demchenkov (CTO) – is a serial founder and former CTO of Billie, where he helped scale the fintech business to eight-figure annual recurring revenue and led an engineering team of more than 50. He brings experience building technology in regulated financial services.
