Simon O’Dell  (Executive Director) – Simon brings deep industry insight to VIZ, with a career spanning technical insurance roles, co-founding the not-for-profit Insurtech Australia, and leading Insurtech Gateway Australia for the past seven years. His mission has always been clear: break down barriers and open up the insurance market to insurtech founders. Now, he’s channeling that experience into helping scale VIZ.

Lauren Lampe (Head of Client Services) – Lauren’s entire career has centred around client service, where she has developed a strong reputation for clarity, care, and responsiveness. Since joining VIZ, she’s led their client service function with a deep understanding of tradies’ needs—especially 1-2 person operations. She backs the VIZ product because it’s simple, well-priced, and genuinely helpful.
